Just give Allardyce a new deal
2 years with an option of 3, last season at UP and first at OS see how he goes, done a fantastic job so far we need to keep him now he's already got us into Europe so I seriously think he can take us into top 4 with a new deal.

Qualifying for Europe via the fair play award (which I'd grab with both hands), shouldn't be used as a reason to keep him on. He'd have a decent shout had we qualified via the league, but not this way. It's pretty much a lottery.
